Bug reports, privacy questions, wrong copy, a Hint that looked illegal, or a board that froze — write to contact@playxiangqibase.com. The address stays off the site footer on purpose. There is no phone desk and no chat widget.

Include the page URL, browser (phone vs desktop if it matters), difficulty if the AI misbehaved, and what you expected versus what happened. A screenshot helps when a cannon jump looks wrong or a palace move was blocked.

What we can help with

• Game will not start, blank board, or the computer opponent failed to load
• Illegal moves accepted or legal moves blocked (piece, from-square, to-square)
• PWA install or Add to Home Screen issues
• Broken layout on guide pages, or copy that contradicts the board
• Questions about local storage, Record, or email you send us

What we cannot do

• App-store refunds, APK installs, or sideload support
• School firewall / filter bypass advice
• Recover a local Record from another device or after you cleared site data
• Host online multiplayer rooms or friend invite links in batch one
• Turn the site into a multi-game portal because someone asked nicely

Feature wishes are welcome when they fit a single quiet board. “Add matchmaking” and “add Go next door” will get a polite no for now — the river lacquer desk stays one game.
